| User Review:
HSBC is probably the best bank I’ve ever worked with.
Sure, they’re a huge corporation, but if I didn’t know
better, they act more like a small town bank. They’re
friendly, their services are great, and they always help
me with all of my needs. |

have a great website and a great company. The site is
easy to get around, and information is plentiful. Their
high interest savings accounts work just like everyone

reputation really speaks for itself in most cases, which
is just a bonus. |

| User Review: WT
Direct was referred to me by a friend because I was
looking for a local bank with high interest savings
accounts. Turns out that they have a great product and
their service is always there. I love calling and
talking to a real person rather than wading through a
complicated automated system. |

What Can High Interest Savings Accounts do For You: |
|
High interest
savings accounts are quickly becoming a very popular
item in the world of banking and lending. Many different
banks are now offering savings accounts with high
interest to anyone, regardless of their financial status
or the balance of their accounts. Most offer between 2%
and 3% APR to start with, but there is a catch to the
system that involves your balances. Sure, you’re not
required to have a minimum amount in the account, but
you can be sure that you won’t get the highest interest
rate if you have a low balance. For example, if you’ve
only got $200 in the account, you’ll be more likely to
get adjusted to a 1.5% interest rate or thereabouts than
to actually keep the higher APR. However, if you have
$5,000 in the account, you’ll get the higher rate just
because you are viewed as a more valuable customer.
Still, having an account with even 1% or 1.5% APR is
better than any traditional savings account, which
usually tops out around 0.10 or 0.50 percent, which is
not much at all. Every bank that offers these accounts
all come with their own rules and regulations, but they
also have some very standard practices and account rules
that you’ll need to keep in mind. Usually, these will be
things like transfer limits, the amount of times you can
transfer, and which rates you’re eligible for, as well
as how often those rates can or will change. In reality,
high interest savings accounts are still a great asset,
because the rates will be higher than you can get
anywhere else, and saving more is always better than
saving less. High interest savings accounts are
available from companies like HSBC and other well known
banks, but you can also find them with smaller companies
or financial services companies that have gotten into
direct banking more recently like Capital One. It
doesn’t matter which company you work with, as long as
you choose the one that suits your needs best.
